Sunup is not an emergency service. It cannot call an ambulance or the police. In an emergency, call 911.

How it works

  1. Family creates an account and adds Mom or Dad, a check-in time and the people to alert.
  2. A tablet or phone is paired once with a code. There is no login or password for your parent.
  3. Each day your parent taps I'm okay today. Your family sees it.
  4. If it hasn't been tapped, family gets a notification and email. If you choose, we also text or call your parent, then your other contacts in order.

Also: simple reminders, family photos, one-tap calls. No ads. No health data.
